Policy Rule to Return and get 100% Refund:
Store Credit 100% on Behalf of Placed Order:
For returned goods of value more than INR 50,000, we provide a Store Credit Coupon of 100% value of your returned product. This Store Credit Coupon can be used to purchase any other item(s) from our website.
Important Information to Receive Funds:
The refund shall be processed through the same mode of payment which was used by the customer while placing the order online. The refund shall be processed within 7 - 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at our address. In case of Cash payment (COD or Manual delivery), the refund shall be provided only to the registered customer's bank account.
Following gemstones are not eligible for Refund due to their delicate and soft nature: Blue Sapphire & Iolite or Blue Topaz.
All other gemstones are eligible for 100% refund of the product value, provided all the above-mentioned criteria are matched.

Gemstones studded in a jewelery item (like - ring, pendant, earring or a bracelet) made by GemsVedicMantra.com, cannot be returned for Money. However, You can avail the facility of Store Credit, worth 75% of the Invoice value. You can use that Credit Score against your Future Purchases on our Website.
Gemstones studded with an outsider jewelry item (like - ring, pendant, earring or a bracelet): 50% of the Invoice value will be given to you as Store Credit.
Return Shipping Fee:
All the charges related to the return shipment including but not limited to shipping fee shall be borne completely by the customer. For international returns (returns from outside India), in addition to the shipping fee, the customs/import duty charges, GST or VAT shall also be borne by the customer.
Do Not Write - Warning:
We strongly recommend NOT to write or mention 'GemsVedicMantra' or any word(s) related to gemstones on the outer package while returning the items to us because this might attract the unwanted attention of thieves or mischiefs. You may simply write “Spiritual Product” on the outer package and instead of using the brand name 'GemsVedicMantra'.

1. How Should I return a loose gemstone?
Pack it with gentle care and send us with all documents- Invoice, lab certificate copy, discount coupon, packing cover (above mentioned policy) with a reputed courier parter like DTDC Plus and take the Courier Tacking Number and share with us. It assures high priority to deliver without failing any risk, misplace or theft.
2. What happens if I missed or lost invoice or lab certificate or any other important document?
We must require an original bill and lab certificate, etc. In that case, Company provides you Store Credit Facility or Partial Store Credit.
3. Can I return studded gemstone purchased from you?
We suggest every customer before placing an order to stud in jewelry as a ring or pendant cannot be clubbed in with other gemstone. Our policy clearly states for custom jewelry can’t be returned, But you can go for Store Credit as 75% on invoice of the item, and can use against future purchases on our website.
