 Shipping Terms to deliver out of India:

1. Minimum Order Value – Should be at least Rupees (INR) -20,000/-
2. GemsVedicMantra offers you to avail free insurance above orders of Rs (INR) – 50,000 onwards. (On Loose gemstones only).
3. International Shipments: We deliver all International shipments through the most reputed carriage service providers such as EMS (which works with the Government Postal departments of almost every nation), FedEx, UPS, and DHL. All International Shipments are insured.
4. Customs Duty Charges: You may note that all International shipments (i.e. deliveries outside India) may include additional taxes or duty fee which is charged when the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are mandatory to pay as per the laws in your country.
5. These may be Customs or Import Duty fee, GST / CST and/or VAT + any additional taxes prevailing in your country (such as - luxury tax, vehicle cess, etc). In our experience, these fee ranges from 1% to 12% of the total order value. All such charges shall be borne by the customer. You may, however, note that these taxes (except the import duty) would anyways to be paid by you even when you buy these articles from within your country.

 This is the reason why GemsVedicMantra don’t charge any Tax or VAT or GST when you place an order online. Because we are a company registered in India and you have to pay taxes to the Government  (Where you live in) in your country.

We suggest that you contact your local customs body or department in your city, state or country to check the applicable customs fee before ordering the items.

 Shipping reimbursement:

Also, please note that for international orders that AFTER dispatch, are either refused by the customer, or cancelled, the customer will be liable for all custom duties, Shipping Charges, Handling Charges and VAT charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, custom duties, and VAT, will be refunded to the customer as per the refund timeline.

The shipping or handling charges, whether paid by the customer or by the Company, while placing the order online, shall not be refundable in case of return of the order. Only the product fee will be refunded to the customer after deducting the applicable shipping and handling fee."

 1- How much time does it take to deliver within India or Out Of India?

For Loose Gemstone – It takes 3-5 working days (Govt holidays not considered for work) to deliver within India.

                                  --It takes 12-14 days for Loose Gemstone to deliver out of India.

Oder With Ring/Pendant/Bracelet – To be mounted or studded in a ring, pendant or bracelet, we require additional 3 days.

Order With Specific Lab Report like GIA, IGI, IGI-GTL New Delhi (The Indian Gemological Institute-GOVT laboratory), will take another 3-5 days.

(All in all – A Beautiful gemstone with studded as ring, pendant with certified lab report within India – takes 6 to 8 working days After Placing an Order.)

 2- Packaging & Insurance:

All our shipments are packed in high standard airtight packages in durable. In addition, our shipments are insured and we take full responsibility in the case, any shipment is declared as Lost or Misplaced in transit by the courier company in writing. The Insurance cost is including in our Shipping charges hence you no need to pay anything extra.
